Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A full refund less $75 administration fee will be given to all cancellations received in writing by November 15, 2010. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER NOVEMBER 15, 2010 NOR WILL THEY BE GIVEN FOR NO SHOWS.

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend the conference you may send a subtitute in your place. Please provide the name of the individual taking your place by November 30.
